Molasses Soluables (CMS/Vinasse)
The evaporation of by-products from fermentation industries which use cane molasses is called Cane Molasses Soluables (CMS) and from beet molasses is called Vinasse. These products can be derived from the production of alcohol, yeast, citric acid, monosodium glutamate, lysine and other fermentation products.
They can be used as an animal feed ingredient and in other industrial products.
High Test Molasses
High-test molasses is produced from processing sugar cane with no extraction of the sugar crystals. The resulting product is typically 70% - 75% total sugar content. High-test molasses is generally used in fermentation processes or specific food applications.
Fish Oil
Fish oil and fish meal are produced from the commercial processing of fish. The primary application is aquaculture feed manufacture and pet food products.
